HOW WE PROCESS YOUR REQUESTS
When you submit a request online or via phone, we will confirm your request via phone or email within 10 days of submittal. The request will be processed within 45 days of submittal. If you request a report on information collected, we will mail you a report, if you provide us an email address, we will email the report. If you request your information to be deleted and you provide us with an email address, we will send you an email confirmation, then delete your email address immediately after email is sent. If no email address is provided, we will mail a confirmation and then immediately delete your address.
